Greece closed borders with Serbia today, looks like they’re quick to react to any possible covid threat.

I’m not surprised, their figures have just gone through the roof. www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/serbia/One of the better trackers is at the FT. ig.ft.com/coronavirus-chartIn the search box type in United Kingdom and Serbia. Select: Deaths or Cases select Cases Select Cased As - New or Cumulative select New Show Cases In - Raw Numbers or Per Million select Per Million Show Vertical Scale As - Logarithmic or Linear select Logarithmic. I can’t read the figures on my phone, but the graph says it all.

I'd be a tad miffed if Greece shut out all tourists at this stage.
UK infections are low and falling (albeit with a very small increase in the last 3 days)
Infections in all 10 Balkan countries is higher than the UK, and rising.

There are some very misleading headlines about.
Quite a few “Greece considers reimposing lockdown after spike in cases”.
Only when you read the body of the article, they’re just considering extra testing, etc.

Ah. I only get one of those and rarely read it. But tonight 10:30pm I’ve had to read every page to find it. Failed. Guessing online version only.
