I saw something on facebook i think about lightweight very absorbent beach towels that fold into tiny bag from firm called dock and bay. Has anyone on here got one, tried them? ours are getting tatty , husband has a welsh dragon one so we can always spot our beach beds from a distance as it stands out. i dont think we will be getting to swansea market in the near future and my in laws dont go down to there anymore so needa new design. Does anyone else have those big pegs to anchor towels to sunbeds

We have Itsa’s which are quite lightweight, they completely cover bed but have several pockets on the sides, handy to keep phone, kindle etc, especially good for saving water bottles and sun cream getting covered in sand. These can be bought on line.

I believe they are called microfibre towels. Google gives plenty of results, of which several are available from Amazon and I noticed at least one extra large.

On a (slight) tangent, this is something else I love about the Palace.
Free beach towels. Pick up and drop off, clean every day.
