No you are not miserable, I think it’s a different class of people here, snobby am I? But I try to be considerate of other people and taught my children to be the same. If we had upstairs room we didn’t drag furniture round . I also find it abit cliquey people who have been before have rooms w here no children. We usually stay in town and prefer it. At oasis there were small children and some older and they were no trouble nicer parents. Mike would stand no messing! I think we prefer to be in town for evenings and bus it when we want a beach or stroll to megali ammos. Think we will go to swell today the garden is peaceful haven fantastic food and the sea two steps away.

What a nightmare Cariad. It’s catastrophes like this which encourage adult only places - which is a shame because I love to see children. But not like your bunch!

By the way, get your phone out and take a few videos so that the audio proves your point and complain to TUI when you are able and ask for a refund because you DID complain to Morfia, as recommended. Or maybe try a phone call asking to be relocated?

PS. Video an inanimate object - chair, towel or cozzie on the line. Avoid people/faces and having the video ruled out by PC nutters as inadmissible from a pervert.

Great idea about video the upstairs lit marble throwers with nasal constantly grizzling child left this morning to be replaced by what? Heard some going tomorrow as they all talk so loud can hear conversations 50 yards away. We did ask about moving wanted £300 each if could find any vacancies. I looked on booking .com to see what availability nothing much and all expensive. Why should we pay again? I’ll see for next week if no improvement.

Well, hopefully they'll all go home tomorrow and you can relax a bit more round the pool. The parents of 'my' noisy teens never budged from the pool area all day for the whole time they were there and started on the beers at about 11 am! Hence, Jill and I avoided the pool most of the time and went to the lovely beaches.
I hope you're having a perfect and calm day, Cariad. I must say, I'm really looking forwards to sampling the delights of Angeliki/Swell in September. I suppose it's a bit early to start my thread 😄

Can't go wrong at Swells really. We've only failed to get sunbeds there once and it was a busy day at peak season and we were a bit late arriving to be honest. Last year, although the sunbeds out on the sand were all full (they had reduced capacity still due to social distancing regs) they let us have a couple in the garden area even though these are normally residents only. We always have a healthy lunch there so they know there's money coming their way one way or another. Hope Cariad has a relaxing time there today, sounds like she needs it. I think our accommodation this year is all single storey so we can't get bothered by 'them upstairs'.

Cariad nearer to the roadside there’s a few apartments separate from the blocks, I wonder if Morfia would/could move you into one away from the bustle a bit more?

I look out for bats at ratatoullie, there's a street lamp a few metres down the road from entrance which brings the insects in and they are easy pickings for the bats. I recall the portions being very generous there, good solid trad home made Greek food always consistent.

We ate in Ratatouille too. Tsatsiki, big pork chop, enormous moussaka, tonic, beer, I think €33.50. We would have gone before you arrived (went in at 6:20pm). Kev is right, home cooking recipes and big portions - I had superb spaghetti bolognaise the other day and could hardly eat half of it!
