I keep hearing the term ‘Greek Breakfast’, but can’t find a definition online, just suggestions of things Greek usually have for breakfast, as opposed to a formal name (like Greek Salad, or Full English).
I presume it’s yoghurt and fruit. Am I correct?

According to my search Greeks like bread, marmalade, pastries, cheeses of all sorts and baked goods washed down with a strong coffee. From personal experience, when in Skopelos, I had some wonderful breakfasts which included cheese/spinach pies, bread, marmalade, yoghurt with honey, fruit, ham sandwiches, cakes, etc (but not all items on same day) and once in Crete I had an omelette with fresh sliced tomatoes, cucumber, olives and bread. A case of anything goes I guess.
