Hi, I believe there is a bakery on the ring road just before you get to the turning for Evangelistra Monastary. I am sure there are quite a few places in town that sell fresh bakery items though.

Victoria's about 100 yards left from Morfos & 2 other shops on the right of Morfos about 200 yards at the junction where the bus stop is. I alway manage to get bread in the morning & often there are donuts & pastries there too.

I can't walk ANYWHERE until AFTER I've had my breakfast (except the little boy's room).

There is probably 3 or 4 small supermarkets in Troulos, which will probably all sell some bakery items, including cheese pies!

Are you looking for bakeries because the last part of your forum name is Butty?

On the subject of spinach/cheese pies is there somewhere near Evagelistria Street that does good ones. My son keep asking about them although I have told him he may have to go to Skopelos.....

Is he a total spinach/cheese pies freak? I see them all over the place and, although I haven't eaten plates full of them, I can honestly say I've never had a bad one - all mine have had the delicate flavour of the filling, not overpowering. They seem to be something the Greeks are good at (amongst their many talents).
