Another vote for Kleftiko! I can never make it taste as good at home. Like Kev, the best I've had is in Rhodes at the Yamas restaurant. It comes to the table in flames - really spectacular. Bob

I'll tell you what I love for starters - fried med veg.
You know, fried peppers or fried courgettes, with a bowl of tzatziki.
With an olive in it, obviously!

Love the kleftico at Kabourelias, old port, & the fried courgettes at the Panorama hotel taverna in Koukounaries.

Done that loads Dennis. Always try now to type up in IPad notes & then copy & paste. Although even then I've managed to hit "cut" never to be seen again. Pen & paper still has a place.......
