Oh no - I’m so very sorry, Dennis, Cariad and Anne (Kev’s mum). For some reason, known only to the gremlins in my iPad, I have only just this morning come across this thread!
It’s so disappointing to have to cancel much-longed-for holidays and is made worse by the callous treatment of the airlines. I hope the various heath issues are soon resolved. Dennis - I always avoid Tui if possible. Their communication systems are just terrible 😞

I am disgruntled by TUI response. I had asked her to confirm her phone call in writing so I have now replied (with a copy to all the rest of the ten addressees).
Here's a copy of what I've said to her, plus a copy of my original 3rd May email.
"Thank you (I suppose!) for your phone call and email.
They both demonstrate EXACTLY the reason why I addressed my email of 3rd May to the Chief Executive Officer, Sebastian Ebel - which is that I didn’t expect a call handler to have the authority to exercise the discretion I was seeking. I was NOT emailing "feedback”.
Will you now please re-read my email and establish whether you are on the line of communication to approach the CEO of the company and act on my request that you seek to expedite his response to me.
