Last year there was a seagull "living" at the end (to the right) of the beach. It could not seem to fly and was being fed by tourists. We came back in late May this year and he (she?) was still there so must have made it through the winter! Anyone know how he's getting on? I call him Charlie cos that was his name according to another forum but there does not seem to be any up to date news. Anyone want to go find him and feed him if you are out there? - he says he is bored of fish and wants cheeseburgers...

If you're talking about the Troulos one, it has set up its own website for gull-ible tourists. It walks around looking hungry and really lives the life of Riley. It can't fly - until a dog shows too much interest whereupon it floats off to safety.

Yes - sorry, should have said it was Troulos beach. Clever seagull!
