So we all know what my first wish is - for Camelot to do the right thing and provide me with enough millions to do everything I want forever.
But my second wish came up again today - for somebody to come and train me how to put a duvet cover on without struggling. Ours is a king size and bigger than me, so I'm all arms and legs and big fluffy stuff all over the bedroom, tangled up with the fresh cover. I know there are videos on the internet, but I never did manage to get it. And anyway, watching a video is one thing, but having a nice person come and SHOW me exactly how it works would be more likely to be successful.
So what's your second best wish? A subject which should entertain us for a while as we wait for our counters to count us down.

First wish as above ( Camelot)! Second wish... well not sure how this year is going to shape up, the wife is not too well, don't know whether to go ahead with the booking. Still got plenty of time till payment time, so we'll see.

second wish for all my sons (3) and their families to have a healthy and happy year. I got my first wish not camelot i had a serious health scare in november i got the all clear from the hospital after a 2 weeks of a very scarey time waiting for my appointment. Ive got to live with a troublesome complaint but much better than what the doctor and me thought i had. Can i have a third wish or is that greedy ? if i can its for many more holidays in beautiful greece, meeting great new people every year

Have as many wishes as you like. This topic was intended to be very frivolous, light-hearted and amusing, but I fear we have moved into gloom. I feel closer to death every week - it has something to do with being old.

Trying to lighten this post! After a lottery win (which I would use to help our son & daughter in law) my wish would be to watch a film/ TV series without falling asleep! Or, on the last day of our holiday. To "click" my heels & be home!

I've just had another. To wake up with a full set of real teeth - oh the pleasure of being able to bite things like apples and crusty bread and Melton Mowbray pork pies and chewing gum and toffee apples and ham sandwiches and bacon rolls and lettuce and poached eggs on toast and raw rhubarb and cream crackers. And a few other things.
By the way, with the lottery win, I'd fix that webcam. I'm really fed up of not being able to look down on the port and Bourtzi.

I was brought up in The Rhubarb Triangle. Our mums used to give us screws of newspaper full of sugar and we went to pick (steal!!!) sticks of rhubarb when we were playing out.

My first wish would be for good health for us & close family (especially after the past 12 months!) Second wish for world peace & harmony I know ..... more impossible than a lottery win!!! Third wish ...... to be able to stay in Skiathos for 6 months each year - paradise!

Hi Kate, would give your post multiple thumbs up if possible,
Dennis, when (notice not if) you win lottery, do you think you could stretch to HD cameras in Skiathos ?
