I recently had to have a back tooth extracted. The dentist chatting away while i chewed on a cotton wool plug, told me he specialised in dental implants. Drill into jaw and scew in a new tooth. Cost £2000 ! Well just the thought on drilling into bone and screwing teeth in made my toes curl, and i wouldnt do it if free I said £2000 that two holidays,! he said but it will last for years probably ever, so will my holiday memories ! Whenever we think of buying something, we always compare it to a holiday, holidays are the benchmark for deciding.
I always remember the wise words of a friend of mine many years ago when she asked if we had booked a holiday, our 3 boys all teenagers, i said not yet we really ought to get a new three piece suite, (i didnt work at the time ) she said when you are in your eighties , you can look back with fantastic memories of all your holidays, would you remember your furniture with such happiness ?. i went out and booked a fortnight in the sun. I know that a couple of hours back in the greek sun i feel so relaxed and laid back its a great medicine, and i enjoy it more than a fancy new car or furniture. I even get pleasure from booking and anticipating the holiday. Does anyone else feel the same?

This wretched thing will only let me do one Like. That's not enough for a perfect post. An absolute no brainer. I had no qualms getting a new set of plastic gnashers - no drills no anything. But I have exactly the same opinion of implants (except I wouldn't compare them to a holiday, I'd compare them to not having implants - drill?, screw? - joking).
