I'm too mean to pay for an extra 5kg so we're making do with the poultry allowance Olympic Holidays allow. I've heard there's a laundrette in town; we may need to make use of its services but where is it please?

we're making do with the poultry allowance Olympic Holidays allow. Surely you could persuade the poultry to fly out there by themselves? (Or are they already cat food?).

Good on you Di! Just remembering 12 months ago when we were all flying out for the wedding 8 of us checking in at Manchester with 30! yes 30kg luggage each!! 3 suitcases per couple! How can it be neatly a year ago? Our Aegean flight this year gives us 23kg each as standard. Watch this space

i know that Mike at oasis has a laundry room in oasis studios for guests, Washing machines, irons even detergent, for a very reasonable amount. Im sure that he'd let you use it while you relaxed round the pool and had a drink or meal. He has thought of everything his guests might need, he even has shopping bags on wheels by the gate for people going to the supermarket nearby and bringing heavy stuff back like packs of water etc.

There is a laundry in town, in fact I think there are two, one is called Snow Whites ... if you know where the ferry office is then walk past the front of that and uphill slightly and it's just there.
The other I think is on the street opposite the National Bank ~ Bob I really did have to dig in the filing cabinet for that haha

I only paid extra for one of our suitcases last year and we were very slightly overweight coming back home and was stung for 40 Euros! This year paid for both.

Exactly julie. Plus, it's easy to think coming home, no toiletries, suncreams, but...... you only have to visit shops like Driftwood...... enough said!

We did buy ourselves a few trinkets! we buy something (or things) for our garden when we are away. We also forgot that we wore jeans and sweatshirts when we travelled out there and didn't wear them to come home. Stuck them in our suitcase. Wrong move!!
